Ostracod-Sketch-Recognition-

This project provides canvas to the user to draw ostracod species and recognizes the species based on the outline of the species. Please watch the video attached to see the working of the project.

1. To run the project. Open OstracodRecognitionfFinal.html in any browser.
2. To load file in the background, click on Choose File button.
3. the jpg names files should not have spaces.
4. Once the image is loaded in the background. Follow instructions on the top left corner. After drawing the outline of the ostracod, press “Process Outline” button. The output of the recognition will be displayed on the screen.
